FAQ's 1. This would be a first in BC? Yes, per Will Koop's detailed, preliminary documentary report, "The Topping Creek Crisis" dated July 9, 2008. Will Koop, founder of the BC Tap Water Alliance, explains that this would be a first-ever golf resort development approved in a community "watershed reserve" in BC and that there is historical precedent in Rossland denying development in this area. 2. Should Steve Knox recuse himself from decisions regarding his "seasonal" employer, Red Mountain? Yes, definitely, per CRD lawyer Peter Waldmann's legal opinion. (See its full text on www.rosslandbc.org , July 9)

**NEW**Mon, July 14: Join the RALLY followed by a MARCH a Community-wide demonstration for all citizens opposed to the development proposed for our community watershed are urged to attend this protest, make it clear to Council that our water is not for sale! Ask Council to "Just Vote No!" on the golf resort application. Bring signs, friends, parents, grandparents, neighbours. Music and balloons provided, meet outside City Hall, 6:30 pm (previously scheduled for 7pm)
